Approval of ReViPP-DR proposal within the framework of the Commercial Proof of Concept Energy Program (RESTART 2016–2020)

We are pleased to announce that the ReViPP-DR proposal has been approved for funding by the Research and Innovation Foundation under the Commercial Proof of Concept Energy Program (RESTART 2016–2020), marking another important step for the Green Energy Group in the field of innovation and sustainable energy.

ReViPP-DR (Residential Virtual Power Plant and Demand Response Platform) is an innovative project that aims to develop a virtual power plant and demand response platform for residential buildings. The system will aggregate and manage distributed energy resources, such as photovoltaic systems, batteries, electric vehicle chargers and flexible household loads. In addition, through the use of artificial intelligence and advanced algorithms, the platform will process signals from the grid and dynamically adjust energy production and consumption.

The project contributes to effectively addressing the challenges posed by the increasing penetration of RES in the energy system, while offering a model of active citizen participation in the energy transition and the stability of the electricity grid.

The Green Energy Group confirms its role as a catalyst for positive change, with solutions that combine technology, reliability and vision.
Warm thanks to the Hellenic Foundation for Research & Innovation – HFRI for its valuable support in the implementation of the project!
