In line with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, the Green Energy Group continues to invest in the ongoing training and safety of its employees. Specifically, the Group’s team participated in specialized training focused on safe work at heights, with the aim of enhancing professional skills and ensuring compliance with international Health & Safety standards.
This initiative is part of the Group’s broader strategy to ensure quality, professional development, and, above all, safety in the workplace.
During the seminar, participants gained essential knowledge and hands-on skills in:
• the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE),
• safe techniques for accessing, ascending, and descending flat and sloped roofs,
• and emergency rescue procedures.
The training was delivered by specialized instructor Mr. Giorgos Andreou, whom we warmly thank for the outstanding seminar.
This action aligns with the wider philosophy of the Green Energy Group, which is based on values such as:
• prevention and protection in the workplace,
• continuous training and empowerment of human capital,
• and responsible business development.
Through initiatives like this, the Green Energy Group reaffirms its commitment to strengthening the health and safety of its people.
