Two photovoltaic parks, with a capacity of 1.5 MWp each, have been completed in Ayios Ioannis in Nicosia.

We are pleased to announce that Suntechnics ltd, a member of Green Energy Group has completed and delivered the project 35 and 43, with a capacity of 1.5 MWp each.

Suntechnics ltd as a leader of photovoltaic systems has taken over the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of two photovoltaic parks in Ayios Ioannis in Nicosia.  The projects have been connected to the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC).

In each park, we installed 4054 PV modules HANWHA Q-CELLS Q. PEAK MONO PERC with a capacity of 370Wp each, which provides energy to 8 inverters ABB PVS-175-TL-SX2.

The ALUMIL HELIOS mounting system supports the PV modules at 25o and provides a solid base for the entire system.

With the use of this specific PV system, a significant saving is provided in carbon dioxide emissions CO2 of 3,2300 tons per year, which would require 100,966 trees to absorb them from the environment.

Suntechnics continues its successful course in the implementation of new projects and in the further production and supply of energy from Renewable Energy Sources in Cyprus.

It is worth mentioning that parks are funded by AstroBank, which contributes to its own way to the restart of the economy in the field of green energy and the environment.
