RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely distribution to the appropriate departments or individuals

Responsibilities
· Implement the commercial strategy and achieve sales targets within the assigned region
· Promote the Group’s products and services, including photovoltaic systems (PV Systems), energy storage systems (ESS), electric vehicle chargers (EV Chargers), and related technology solutions
· Develop and manage a client portfolio (both new and existing customers)
· Conduct technical studies and prepare tailored proposals based on client needs
· Present flexible solution packages customized to meet individual customer requirements
· Submit and follow up on proposals until final decision and closure
· Inform clients about new products and services
· Notify customers of any delays or changes in delivery schedules
· Manage customer complaints in collaboration with the technical support team to provide solutions and take corrective actions
· Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding payments and collection of outstanding balances
· Supervise and assess installations when required, and submit relevant technical reports
Qualifications
· University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
· Good command of both Greek and English
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales-related role
· ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber) professional license is mandatory
· Registration with the Department of Electrical and Mechanical Services (EMS) as an Electrical Engineer will be considered an additional asset
· Knowledge of AutoCAD design software is considered an advantage
· Installer license for PV systems will be considered an additional qualification
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
